Information we collect and why

• Contact and order information, such as your name, email address, billing details and purchase record, to process payment, deliver your files and assist with your order.
• Information you choose to send us in support messages, to answer your request or resolve a complaint.
• Technical information processed by hosting and checkout providers, such as IP address, browser and device information, for service operation, security and fraud prevention.

We process information where necessary to fulfil your purchase, meet legal obligations or protect legitimate business and security interests, and seek consent where required. Information needed for checkout and digital delivery is required to fulfil your order; without it we may be unable to complete your purchase. Additional support details are voluntary.

Payment, delivery and service providers

Our store uses Shopify for product, cart and checkout services. Payment providers process payment information, and delivery, hosting and email providers may process information needed to fulfil and support your order. We do not receive or store your full card details through this website. We do not sell personal information.

Some providers may process information outside South Africa. Any transfer must comply with POPIA’s cross-border requirements, including appropriate legal protections or another permitted basis. Providers’ own privacy notices also apply to their services.

Browser storage and communications

This website stores cart information in your browser so your basket can be restored. Checkout providers may use cookies or similar technologies for checkout and security. You can manage storage in your browser, although blocking it may affect the cart or checkout.

Order and support emails relate to your purchase. Any separate electronic marketing must comply with POPIA, including consent or the applicable existing-customer exception and an option to opt out.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, legal record-keeping requirements and the resolution of disputes. When no longer needed, it should be deleted, de-identified or securely disposed of. We take reasonable organisational and technical safeguards; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

You may request access to or correction of your information, request deletion where legally permitted, object to processing where applicable, or withdraw consent for consent-based processing. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. We may need to verify your identity before responding and may retain records required by law.
